The rest of month was quite fantastic. The 3rd week for some reason was much more difficult than the 2nd, but it was nice to have a recovery week in week 4 even though it wasn't too much of a recovery as I ran a half marathon at the end of it. It was a great combination of pushups, planks, sphinxs, balance work, cardio and so much more
Month 2 has started off and as I was traveling on Monday I had to do a double workout on Tuesday. Lets just say QUADS. Holy hell do they hurt. And now that I am back to triathlon training it makes my body so sore. Yoga is still one of my favorite workouts and the best way to wind down at the end of a day.
If you want a great workout, P90X3 is the stuff.

It was nice to finally get out of the snow and cold ridden east coast and head on out to sunny San Diego, but sadly it was chilly there too! We arrived in San Diego after a long flight and that evening I was able to meet up with a few friends I haven't been able to see in over a year.
